And with each show, I noticed the yapping gets worse. I think it's more about saving his voice and just a in Concert break. At my last Concert, the one in Tampa 7 years ago, it was obvious that his voice was fading after about 6-7 songs. The second half was a Chat Fest. I looked around and saw a LOT of fans bored and just chatting among themselves. Go back to 1992 and the Achtung Baby Tour opener in Lakeland, Fla??? He chatted some but the entire concert was electric. Nobody sat down or got bored.
People are looking for ways to AVOID Politics or the problems with the world. They don't want to dish out $$$$$$$$$$ to Ticketmaster to hear a damned Speech and be reminded of the stuff that has been beat to death on 24/7 / 365 News. It used to be enlightening 35...40...50 years ago. Now it's annoying as hell.
