We had 5 people on bikes attacked a month ago but they fought it off. My uncle was jumped by one in Idaho years ago but he had a side arm and was able to shoot it.

Even bears will almost always run off when they come across someone but man Mountain Lions just don't give a ****. Like I said before I've come across fresh tracks and scat but thankfully I've never been face to face with one.
