Been doing all sorts of stretching exercises, regular adjustments etc. My Chiro is very on top of STAYING on top of the game. Been going to him since 1996. Even HE is baffled as to why I will not totally adjust. LUCKILY...My issue is just annoying and NOT disabling. Motrin has helped when I get really tight but I am not in concerning pain. That is something I ALWAYS keep track of. I am still eating well...sleeping well...living well. When either of those are hindered, then I'll worry. I just hope and pray that I do NOT have what my Mom had.....A degenerative issue that absolutely NOTHING is gonna stop. My Mom saw EVERY Spine specialist, every Pain Doctor and Therapist and she still crashed n burned. HOW she lasted as long as she did is a freakish miracle.
