Necks and bad lower backs DO go hand in hand.. also hip and/or knee issues.. it's all connected and when one joint gets outta place, it throws everything else off..

If your neck is locked up, you,probably need an MRI to see what's going on.. my guess is a disc or two are blown way out giving you vertebrae on vertebrae which would suck cuz you no longer have any cushion between them..

Like I said, don't dilly dally,with a neck issue.. once it gets to the point where you can't stand it, it might be too late to fix it..
