A couple of Doctors said that disk issues 90% of the time will settle on their own IF you do not aggrivate it . It can take 6-12 weeks. My recent aches have been going on for about 5-6 weeks. I have been going to the Chiro pretty frequently the past month or so. I'm gonna chill with that and see what direction it goes. What has me thinking.......About 3 weeks ago, I went a solid week with no adjustments and though the kink in my neck was there, I noticed it less.
I think I'm gonna give it some more time, working on stretching (Something I have ALWAYS been piss poor at) and lay off the Chiro a bit. If I feel it getting better, even if slowly, I'll continue that path. If I feel it up n down or getting worse, I'm gonna see an Ortho Specialist.
