My Brother spent several years in the Restaurant Business. Most with Bennigan's. He used to tell me stories of how just ONE person could screw up everything and make an entire Restaurant Staff look like fools. When I'm having a bad time while at a Restaurant, I look around.....If I see a Staff that is at least trying and showing at least SOME signs of care, I'll just chalk it up as a bad time. But when I see a Staff that looks like they are at a Funeral, the place is not tidy and the food is bad but still priced high??? I take note. Tips... I ALWAYS over tip because , thanks to my Brother, I have always had a strong appreciation for Wait Staffs and Staffs as a whole. I cannot stand to see Customers blow up at some 18-19 year old kid because of a Crap Manager or something a Cook did not do.
