Being a big Ferrari fan I would think you would choose one of the two races in Italy. Those fans are amazing and to stand with those fans on track during the trophy ceremony would be a once in a lifetime experience.

If I could pick any race on the calendar I'd choose the Azerbaijan Grand Prix for no other reason then that Baku looks like an amazing city.
