It's the new Japanese Godzilla movie from TOHO
it's kind of a reboot / origin / remake of the original 1954 Godzilla film this new film is set in the late 1940's , not to long after the bombings of Japan at the end of WWII , as Japan tries to recover from the bombings , and the US continuing their testing of atomic bombs
something wicked , this way comes
most everyone are claiming this movie is a masterpiece , and actually more of a horror movie , as Godzilla is portrayed as what he truly is ,as in the original movie , a monster
it's playing now in the US in selected theatres , but , when you live in Iowa , selected theatres actually means , no where near you ................lol
no digital release date has been set , but , I'll be keeping a watchful eye for it , as it's my #1 must see movie
