how I regard CGI. When CGI becomes the focus... in other words... it's the whole point - not the story, nor the plot, then they've lost me.

And that seems to be the trend these days. Hence my complaint about CGI. But I'm not against CGI... as a tool it is remarkable, and getting better all the time. - JamesJM
