At my grandson's football game the announcer had all veterans stand for recognition, just before the National Anthem. Not a big crowed... I'd guess 600, maybe 800... and in the crowd I counted 4 of us standing. I could have easily missed a few or even several.
BTW... we lost the game. We think we'll still get invited to a JC Bowl game, (find out tomorrow), as we finished in the top 20 of California. - JamesJM
