The Rail Company is liable for the munitions depot and damage coming from the explosion. The robbers have already broken the law and their actions would continue that way, the woman and kids, she's responsible for her actions, which are illegal intentions....I think the railroad is responsible for the crossing not working, but I think liability only goes to the destruction of the properties.
