If the gum is receding..

You probably need to floss more and I would HIGHLY suggest you used tartar control mouthwash.. mine is at wwllmart and about 4 dollars for a HUGE bottle that 2ill last you at least two months.. it stings a little, but everyone I've turned on to it has pretty much ditched their teeth and gum issues.. one ended up NOT having to have a gum transplant.. I get two teeth cleanings a year and they used to hafta scrape the living crap outta my teeth.. then I started the mouthwash and there just a little bit of staining.. it really does work..
