Yup, that could be it... me sweating....

I don't think I've ever seen fairways this good at any other course I've ever played in the valley. Not sure even the Monterey courses are any better except, of course, in prep for a Pro Event.

I think we're going to play Tulare pretty soon. That's another course I have never played. We're tuning up for a scramble tournament.

Last year year they held a memorial tournament, in Madera, for a cousin of mine who died a couple of years ago from cancer at about 40 years old. Very well attended.... two teams on all 18 holes.... but for whatever reason they cancelled it this year. So my son-in-law and two grandson's and I are in search of a scramble tournament. If you know of one, open to everyone, let me know.
