I'm 56. It's been just the last 3-4 years where I cannot take it like I used to. Here in Florida, it's the humidity that kills me. EVERY year, it wears me down each Summer to when we hit this point..August / Sept, I just feel drained and cannot rebound. Post Covid has made me much worse.
