some progressive idea has popped out and yet some new word verbiage has been born from it....Time Blindness. The idea is that companies who treat employees negatively by being late should be admonished....by the reason of Time Blindness...the inability to be on time due to well, not being physically (I guess) able to do so (being time blind), hence you should not be punished (fired/written up) for doing so.
