I live on my farm in the San Joaquin Valley. Flat as a pancake. My ranch is in the Coast Range Mountains, 1 hour and 15 minutes by car but only about 30 miles as the crow flies. Today my mountain ranch is just recreation. In the past we raised a few cattle there.
The rains this year washed out most of the roads on my ranch so no access. Been repairing them the last couple months and hopefully the top of the ranch is accessible in a month or so.
