Strange New Worlds is the prequel to the original series , set a few years before James T Kirk takes over as the capatin of the Enterprise

as of now James T Kirk is still the First Officer on the USS Farragut

so far we've meet James T Kirk , Spock , Uhura and Nurse Chaple , and we've heard Scottys voice , but have,'t actually seen him yet

I have no idea how long this series will go on with Captain Pike in charge of the Enterprise

but it's pretty good

I really like the cast and crew thats on this show now , so to be honest , I'm not in that big of a hurry to get to when Kirks crew takes over , I know we'll get there eventually , but for now , I'm enjoying this crew
