Water temperature in Florida.

I keep hearing about it being a record. I call BS on that. I vividly recall my first couple of months out of the USAF in early 1990. By March, I was swimming in the ocean quite comfortably. By 4 July 1990?? It was warm bath water. Did not cool you down at all. I went to the Beach just 9 days ago and the water was still quite cool. Air temperature wise, I still say the Summers of 81 and 85 were MUCH hotter. 1981 Was BRUTAL!
