My dad smoked for about 45 years before he finally quit . He was diagnosed with lung cancer TWENTY years after he quit.
Frank and I both smoked over a pack a day for about 50 years. We both quit on August 8, 2020. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't had a puff since.
I have an app on my phone which tracks how many cigarettes I haven't smoked and how much money I've saved. It's mind-blowing to see the numbers in black and white.

Smoking is probably the absolute worse and dumbest thing I've ever done in my life.
Stopping smoking is right up there as one of the best things I've ever done in my life
