has to be dark and quiet. Leather or faux leather booths. Waiters and waitresses must be 100 years old and wear white. There must be a bar not far aways as you must be able to hear the clinking of the ice in the drinks and must serve ice cold and very dry martinis. And of course the steaks must be at least 1 and 1/2 inches thick. And somewhere near there must be a lone diner who you just know has a story to tell.
That is a good steakhouse.
