I REEEALLY need to read the book I bought my Brother on Star Trek. Covers EVERYTHING!

I got it for his Birthday in August 1996. It's a great hardback book with lots of photos. It goes into great detail on the Production of EVERY episode and the first few movies. I have glanced at it but have not read it cover to cover.

I did recently read, online, that Lucille Ball saved Star Trek. NBC was gonna can it before it got rolling but Lucy (Desilu) INSISTED that it be given a chance. Even so....It bombed when first aired in 1966-69. Just 2 years later though, it EXPLODED during reruns.
