Same here 5-6 years ago..

Watershed down to 11%.. its so bad they set a trial run of collecting our used waste water and filtering it back into the water shed (yuck, yuck, and more yuck) and then, lo and behold, it started raining like hell and a day later the watershed is over 100% full, flooding the town.. from 6 months of pure drought misery to flooding in one day..
