In all seriousness I think 'Barney' was

the greatest character in the history of television. And making it even better....

Was the love Don kept for that role throughout his career... at least to my knowledge. These days actors so much like to disavow their early roles... for reasons I can only guess.... but Don wore 'Barney' as a crowning achievement. - JamesJM
