Do you mean it did not come with a mount, or you can't find a mount available for it? It would most likely be a separate accessory. It would probably have to be specifically made for similar flashlights as (at least in my mind) you have to be able to adjust the flashlight to point of impact.
Picatinny would be most common, but there are other types of mounting rails... m-lok and KeyMod probably the other most common. But they are just different ways to attach accessories to guns, they would all need a mount that is adjustable. Most mounting systems are not... scopes, laser sights, red dot sights, etc., etc. etc. the adjustment is built into the sight, not the mounting system
FWIW, there are lots of flashlights and mounting systems for guns (you probably know this) but they are just to provide light without having to hold a flashlight. I've never heard of this until I googled it, and you do find some actual flashlights with a crosshair mode, but you find a whole lot more references to video games. I spend a good bit of time reading about guns, and reading message board forums about guns, hunting, etc. and I've never one time seen anyone recommend that you need a flashlight with crosshair mode for your personal defense gun. They don't seem to be very popular, or else I'm way, way, way wrong.
EDIT: I will post a message on okshooters.com and see if anyone is at all familiar with them. It's hard to find a topic that someone there doesn't know something about.
