Years ago.. and I had success with it.. As long as you can figure the cutoff point and stick to it, theoretically, it SHOULD work.. I do question things like the fact the calorie counter thingy said you burn something like 400 calories when sleeping.. seems like you should just sleep all the time and get skinny..
