I am not over weight.....

I weighed as much as 240 (10+ years ago), that was over weight. I got it down to 175, but I just didn't feel right. I pretty much have kept the weight off, but after my cancer issues and the hormones I need (ed) to take my weight has crept up to the 195-200 mark.

I want to be at @ 195....it's not ideal, but it allows me to still feel pretty good about my overall shape. I have found that for me it's my bread intake that increases my weight. I also drink from 64 to 96 ozs. of water a day, and stay away from soda save for my mixer. I do still drink my 1-2 drinks a day. But no bread and keeping myself to 1 serving at dinner combined with my water intake seems to help in my goal. We also walk and I do my daily situps in the morning (150).....Mary is the real walker she's pumping out like 4-5 miles every day (closed on Sundays) or close to it....me, I get in 2-3 miles 3 x's a week.
