I DO get a low fat ice cream called..

Halo, I think, which is around $5 for a thimble full.. i get extremely frustrated spending $35 for enough ice cream for a week, when I can get a gallon of almost anything else for $6.. Blue Bunny is becoming my favorite because its so much more creamy than just about any other brand, but its probably the reason I have 3 heart stents, now..

I wished I could eat fish and enjoy it.. I think that would make life much easier, health-wise.. Mahi Mahi is pretty expensive, tho - like filet mignon here - and deep fried catfish is less healthy than eating pretty much anything.. I just can't win...
