Hard to say.
We don't know how much is McVay and how much is Coen.
He's had to deal wih the injured OL, injured WR's, injured QB's and a frustrated RB.
Not sure Mike Martz himself could manufacture an offense under these conditions.

Agree it was a total cluster which was impossible to fix. Also we crapped the bed on the rookie RB coach.
