It definitely was targeting. Unfortunately, targeting rules are different depending on what's going on in the game and when it occurs. If that hit happens in the first quarter, that young man is watching from the locker room. Because it was on the last play, the replay official's balls shrunk and he just couldn't make the correct call. Replay is useless too. They overturned one touchdown that was clearly a touchdown as well. Crazy game though. The back and forth touchdowns were nuts in the 3rd quarter.
