This team could have started phoning it in weeks ago. The fact that effort has never wavered and that some of the younger guys forced into bigger roles earlier than anticipated have shown up well is an absolute reflection of the organizational culture and leadership. That cannot be dismissed or discounted when looking ahead to 2023.
