There's no way (as in NO WAY) the Rams will be able to offer back up QB money that will equal starter money somewhere else.

Now, having said that, Baker has been around enough to know that not every starting situation is desirable. Winning teams have their starters entrenched, but maybe some clubs who are close to playoff contenders need a better QB. That's where I see his fit. Too expensive for what the Rams need but cheap enough for a team lacking good QB leadership.
