Gaines and Arob counted against the cap this season too. Backload their new contracts until guys like Stafford, AD and Ramsey get off the payroll via retirement or trade .
I would sacrifice Floyd and Noteboom to clear cap space for two new offensive linemen in free agency. O-line is more important than edge though edge is definetely a need too. Demoff is a magician with the cap and i am positive he can be creative to give our current nucleus of stars 1-2 years of open window for another SB run.
