Lot of parts already in place.
WR unit: should be a strength even without spending a high pick or an expensive free agent.
Group consisting of Kupp, A-Rob, Jefferson, Tutu, Skrow, McCutcheon, Powell, Trammel is one of the better groups in the league and deep.
QB: Bring Baker back for 2023 to backup Stafford or step in for him if he should continue to get dinged up and we are set. Perkins can be Nr. 3 to run the scout team and for emergency duty.
RB: Akers, Williams, Rivers are okay, using a pick wold not hurt. Maybe a strong , hard running FB.
TE: Higbee should have a rebound year, Hopkins and Harris plus a mid round draftee and we should be set here too. Not an overpowering looking unit but good enough .
OL: This is where the main focus for the Rams has to be during offseason. Best case scenario for me: bringing in 2 two veteran guys who can step in and produce immediately. Use the second or third ronder on another lineman.
DL: AD, Gaines, A-Rob, Brown, Hoecht, williams are a good nucleus .Will have to find some more warm bodies for the rotation but that should be doable.
LB: Jones and Wagner are mainstays inside. Gervase, Howard and Hummels provide depth. Outside Lewis, Keir Thomas and Hardy should take a step forward. Need to spent on two more OLB via free agency and a high draft pick. Would let Floyd go to get some cap space .
In the draft I would use our Nr. 2 and Nr. 3 round picks on the BPA at either o-line, edge or RB.
Go Rams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DB: Ramsey, Durant, Hill, Rochelle, Kendricks, Jolly is a solid while not top tier group. Durant has everything to man the spot opposite Ramsey. Fuller, Lake.
