QB-we don't know if Stafford is even coming back and Mayfield is a FA after the season.
Will MS come back healthy? Will BM re-sign?
This position is totally in flux.
WR- we should be strong here. Agreed. I think Van might be a FA though. And if he is he'll probably leave to be a #1 or #2. He is at best #3 here.
RB- total question mark. Akers was nearly off the team and fumbles. Williams is a decent prospect but unproven. Rivers is a bigger ?
I can see us drafting one pretty high.
TE- Higs might be back better but why the big fall off? Hopkins barely used. Harris never used and just tore his pec. I can see our first pick going here.
OL- a total mess. Will Noteboom be back and will he be any good? Making big $. Edwards is a FA and coming off two concussions. Allen has been in and out of the lineup. Shelton has been in and out. Ancrum got hurt like his first play. Bruss couldn't make it through PS. Havs is solid. Jackson was a total find but has a major medical problem. Njeske looks decent. Scura is a warm body. Evans can only play RT.
DL- AD could easily retire. GG is a FA and will want good $. ARob is a FA and coming off injury. Brown is young but already got busted for PEDS. Copeland just got hurt. We could be in trouble here.
LB- like our two inside guys. Floyd is solid but hasn't been healthy again. Hoecht has helped.
Need more bodies here.
DB- Ramsey, Hill and Scott are all very good.
Fuller has been hurt. Rapp is inconsistent. Kendrick is slow. Durant doesn't play. Lake and Yeast are total unknowns. I can see us jump at a DB with our #2 pick especially if it's a safety who can cover and hit.
ST- Gay is a FA and a must sign Dixon has been solid. The snapper is okay. Powell is an okay returner but get no blocking. Need better blockers and tacklers on ST
Coaches- McVay has had a tough year. The OC wasn't used as a OC and is going back to college. Morris might get a HC job. We might need to replace these crucial positions. Do we have a QB coach? We might need to hire half a staff.
