Neither Wolford nor Perkins are NFL worthy.
So adjust your expectations accordingly.
After we all watched in horror as the Wolf single-handedly almost wiped out our whole WR group in ONE game, I am not so sure most people would agree with you 43!
Maybe if Perkins had started that game instead, Kupp isn't on IR.
We all saw the Wolf's ceiling. It has been reached and his potential meter is on 0. IMO, he has no room to grow.
At least with Perkins, we still have "hope" that he might get better. Starting the Wolf only slows down Perkins' growth if there is any to be had. IMO, we have NOTHING to gain by starting the Wolf. Nothing. If I am missing something here 43, please tell me.
No matter how small our "hope" is for Perkins, it's still 100% more than we have for the Wolf and these last few games should be treated as preseason games like you, myself and others have said. They should be used to "evaluate" and "develop" possible talent worth keeping for next year and beyond. Starting the Wolf is just the opposite of that.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
