This probably doesn't answer your question but it's kind of interesting to me nonetheless. Our strength and conditioning losses all went to the Philadelphia Eagles a couple of years ago and we replaced them with guys from the college ranks. I'm not not passing judgement or drawing conclusions. Just making an observation.

Fernando Noriego was Strength Assistant with Rams 2017-2020. He left the Rams in 2021 for Head Strength & Conditioning job with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Dustin Woods was Asst. Strength & conditioning with Rams 2017-2020. He left the Rams in 2021 for Associate Strength & Conditioning with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Edward Grayer was Asst. Strength & Conditioning with Rams 2017-2019. He left the Rams in 2020 for Asst. Strength & Conditioning with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Ted Rath was head of Strength Training and Performance with Rams 2017-2019. He left the Rams in 2020 for Director of Sports Performance job with Philadelphia Eagles.
Justin Lovett was Director of Football Strength & Conditioning at Purdue 2016-2019. He joined the Rams in 2020 as Head Strength Coach. He's now the Director of Strength & Conditioning for the Rams.
Jamel Cooper was Asst. Strength & Conditioning at Wake Forest & Louisville 2017-2020. He joined the Rams in 2021 as Asst. Strength & Conditioning.
John Griffin was in Strength & Conditioning at Univ. of South Carolina 2017-2020. He joined Rams as Asst. Strength & Conditioning in 2021.
Zach Witherspoon was in Strength & Conditioning at New Mexico State 2017-2020. He joined Rams as Asst. Strength & Conditioning in 2021.
Here's the Sports Medicine and Performance staff (per the annual Media guides) from 2019-2022. Not much change from year to year.
