With limited padded practices during training camp and the regular season Strength and conditioning is essential. I think the Rams lack size and strength overall. The Rams have smallish O and D lines compared to most NFL teams. I just wonder what the overall philosophy of McVay is. Does he emphasize smaller, quicker? I think the team needs bigger, stronger. The Rams are too soft, especially on the OL.
