I think the Rams have an injury concern with Tutu, and so they limit his involvement to specific plays and circumstances. I think because of that, it takes the Rams' offense far afield.

He doesn't have the chops of a Jamar Chase or Justin Jefferson, so it's not as simple as the Rams lining him up and feeding him the ball whenever they feel like it. Certain things have to be in alignment.

Yet, I don't see why he doesn't get a Tavon Austin level of involvement.
