Trust me, dude, a good pass rush would make a world of difference even in Morris’ D.
In fact, his strategy is predicated on having a good pass rush with 4 players (4 players is the key here) AND having an O that can put up 28-30 points per game consistently.
But this edge rusher we get better be HOF type good because he is going to have to get to the QB in less than 2 seconds due to the Charmin Shell!
Do you know of anybody like that that we might be able to get? I don't.
Sounds like it won't come cheap either. Great talent usually get paid bank. Also, will we have enough CAP room to still fill our other many needs?
It will be interesting to see how the Rams prioritize the position.
