McVay needs to learn to win without Porches on the O....

And maybe settle for a Camaro every now n then. I'd like to see him do a better job of Coaching around adversity. I REALLY believe if he instills a PHYSICAL aspect to the O, he will REALLY take off. I have been saying that McVay would KILL IT with a Joe Gibbs / 1980s Redskins O.

I'm also not sure if McVay knows how to develop young players. It seems like he HAS to have the best of the best Veterans to succeed.
