A relevant follow up question is, ‘Why has McVay not been using Hopkins in 12 sets’?

I assumed that it was because McVay felt that Hopkins was inadequate in such a role.

Yet Hopkins played very well vs Broncos both blocking and receiving.

Why has McVay made so many puzzling personnel decisions for the last 2 years?
