When all the cogs are in place and greased I think McVay is fantastic... but working thru hiccups? and yes, I know, the Ram's this year have much worse than just 'hiccups'... still..I think my worries stand.
I fear some will read the above as "JamesJM wants McVay fired, after winning a SB"... nothing could be further from the truth, however. I just think he needs to come out of a mind set that perhaps is of the "it's all on me" ... more trust in players, more self-reflection.
I feel ya, James. Love McVay to death, but I loved MM too, and then it all fell apart.
The guy who ripped Goff apart for not being able to keep up with changing systems is getting punched in the face for staying with an old system. I don't get it. McVay is too smart to be losing like this, right? Drives me nuts.
