We knew he wasn't good enough. He couldn't make all the throws, especially the out patterns and has a tendency to throw high passes.
Yet, many here kept saying how the Wolf "won" a playoff game and that was good enough. Even though we ALL knew it was our D that won that game! lol
Go back and read the posts on The Wolf and you will see many people were questioning him from Day one.
IMO, it made no sense to not get another QB2 in here. Maybe a cheap vet?
Instead we draft Perkins who shows some signs of "potential". McVay should have been giving those #2 Reps to Perkins from the start. We all knew The Wolf's ceiling. We all knew he wasn't going to win us a game on his own. Why not play the player with the most potential? Who knows? Maybe you get lucky and find a diamond in the rough!
There is absolutely no reason The Wolf should be on this team next year. N-O-N-E.

#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
