Many on here have stated that they think this has been a good thing because it shows how much the Rams coaching staff is valued/coveted by other teams, which is flattering for the McVay tree. I have NEVER liked losing key coaching and front office personnel because although it's great for the teams getting them, it's NOT necessarily a good thing for the Rams. I think especially with young players, there's something to be said for continuity which is impossible to maintain when your staff is always in flux. We may be seeing some of that, too.
