Sorry, but that overgeneralizes too much for me. It's what we do with the picks that is the problem more than the lack of high end ones. I feel we'd have drafted chumps with the picks had we kept them, and that's our problem. All we're finding out after all of the reports of how good these guys were in camp, is how bad they really are on the field. Snead has to go.
