I'm going to act against my own instincts and say make a trade for a starting RB this year.
Why? Because I'm not quite done with this season. We still have an outside shot at 10-7, which may be enough to win the division depending upon Seattle.
Obviously our run game is abyssmal, and I know a better OL is the key to curing that, but you can't quick fix the OL while you can at RB. Some sort of threat at RB could be the juice we need to get the passing game working again. (Who that guy is, I don't know)
However, I'd prefer to trade players, not picks.
