First off I am gunshy of investing too much in the rb position after what happened with Gurley so this is not about Akers, BUT, this is the 2nd time in two years that after a player voices concern about targets in offense and now their career with Rams is in peril. Now Akers maybe a selfish immature @#$%& but I know Robert Woods wasn't and he was a team captain and jettisoned. I hate such a thought even enters my head about the team I love and a coach I like but that getting rid of Woods thing worries me even more than the Tutu over Creed thing. One is missing on a draft pick the other could be something much worse.
