Years ago, I tried to think of what would be an extremely low-valued compensation in a trade. Here is an example:

give up: picks 210 and 211

receive: picks 209 and 212


A swap of consecutive picks is more valuable earlier in the draft. So getting 209 for 210 is a tiny bit more valuable than getting 211 for 212 (both have very little value). The difference in these two moves (which is the net of the trade) is of extremely low value.
