Re: Offensive Coordinator

The OC is supposed to be in charge of the offense including scheming and game planning/calling. We have had a bunch who get the job for a year, McVay does all the play calling and the OC leaves to become a HC.
I don't understand how this works in McVay's world but this specific addition hasn't added much.
