Offensive Coordinator

So, the Rams are used to having one of the most innovative and successful offenses in the league. We made it to 2 SBs and won one in the last few seasons. Obviously losing like our whole OL hurts, but, I don't see fans calling for Coen's head. This is his first year and it could be bad timing. Can anybody explain what he brought with him to the Rams? I don't see innovation.
